Catalina

Studio Manager; strength trainer

Catalina is the manager leading Allas. She started her career as a field hockey player and high-performance coach, before moving into fitness.

Her drive to learn and become an expert is proven by her qualifications - a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. She has a postgrad in women's health, making her a specialist in the active female, pelvic floor and menopause.

Jane

Pilates & barre trainer; social media manager

Jane has worked in the fitness industry for over eight years, previously co-owning a female-only boutique gym. Two years ago, she transitioned into the world of Pilates after experiencing firsthand the profound benefits it has on overall health, strength, and well-being.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that exercise should support, not punish, the body. She is passionate about helping individuals build a healthy, sustainable relationship with movement—one that prioritizes balance, body awareness, and long-term wellness. Through movement, she aims to guide clients toward feeling stronger, more connected, and more confident in their bodies.

Mark

pilates & strength Trainer

Mark is so passionate about fitness, exercise and fun, with over 10 years experience in the industry he has one main goal, to get people moving pain free to the best of their abilities.

Having struggled with pains and aches from scoliosis growing up, he understands how having the right movement and right posture can engage and enhance anyone's quality of life, from not only looking great, but moving through life injury and pain free.

Exercise is his passion and he is looking forward to sharing it with anyone who will listen, in an empathetic, encouraging and energetic way
